Frances joined DMV Inc. in 2025 as a Legal Cost Consultant. She obtained her BCom LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2011 and was admitted as an attorney in 2013.

Since 2015, she has specialised in legal costs, with experience in the drafting of bills of costs, opposing bills of costs, and attending to taxations. She is dedicated to all aspects of legal costs and focuses on ensuring accurate, fair, and recoverable cost recoveries in every matter she attends to, applying a precise and detail-oriented approach throughout.
