Louis joined DMV Inc. in 2025 as head of the Personal Injury Department. He completed his LLB degree at North-West University in 2010. He was admitted as an attorney in 2012 and appointed as an associate at a prominent law firm. In 2014 he joined another well-known law firm in Pretoria as an associate where he headed the Personal Injury Department. He was later appointed as a senior associate, followed by a promotion to director in 2019.
